Honey Walnut Shrimp
The traditional dishes for celebrating the Lunar New Year are usually high in fat and cholesterol. During festive dinner gatherings, we can choose some healthier ingredients to celebrate, which are equally delicious and healthy.

This recipe contains 386kcal, 38g of protein, 19g of carbohydrate, and 17g of fat. This recipe contains 118mg of magnesium, which is providing half of the recommended serving for our daily needs. Magnesium is important for strengthening bones, helping in proteins and nerve impulse transmission. Also, the Center of Health Protection recommends choosing lean protein to replace high fat protein.
